Jones Whitsett has completed schematic design on a proposed 34,965 gsf renovation/addition at 60 Wells Street for Clinical & Support Options (CSO), a critical shelter provider for Franklin, Hampshire, Berkshire and Hampden Counties. The project at Wells converts an existing facility of three buildings from three eras into a fully restored, unified building with shelter, housing and program services. Working with JWA, CSO has sought to create a more sustainable and effective facility offering counselling resources, outdoor space, improved accessibility and healthy dining facilities.
