ARCHITECT

Aviva Galaski joined the JWA team in 2018. A Pioneer Valley native, Aviva received a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Architectural Studies from Mount Holyoke College in 2011, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2014, where they became a member of the Tau Sigma Delta honor society.

Aviva is a Registered Architect, a LEED Green Associate, and is coordinating the CHPS process for the Gardner Elementary School project. They are active with the Western Mass AIA Committee on the Environment. Prior to joining Jones Whitsett, Aviva worked on the planning and design of cohousing projects that emphasized stronger social connections and connections to nature. Their interests also include work with several organizations that address racial, social, and environmental justice.
