Emma Picardi

Emma joined Jones Whitsett as a Design Associate after graduating from the University of Massachusetts with her Masters of Architecture, receiving the AIA Medal for Academic Excellence in 2025. Prior to starting at JWA, she received a BA in Architectural and Environmental Studies at Middlebury College, worked for five years in New York City as an architectural designer and project manager, and earned a Masters of Science in Ecological Design at the Conway School of Landscape Design in 2023. Working toward licensure and CPHC certification, she is passionate about housing rights and resilient, affordable multi-family design in Massachusetts and beyond.
Emma was born and raised in Franklin County, and when not at 60 Maple Street, she can be found climbing at Farley Ledges, skiing at Berkshire East, and spending time with her family in Shelburne Falls.
