Work on the design of Longmeadow Middle School passed a critical milestone recently. A fast track schedule has the project breaking ground on utility work this month, June, 2026, while our Team continues to flesh out the details. While not complete, we are excited to share an updated video walkthrough of the digital model. The two story middle school aims to create grade level communities in academic wings and exciting project based arts, performing arts, engineering and health studios along a central axis that connects to outdoor spaces.
JWA is honored to be working with The Community Builders on the renovation and addition of Greenfield's Wilson's Dept. Store building into a critical mix used redevelopment project supported by Mass Development and EOHLC. We are finally getting into the fun part of the project, revealing the architectural details buried under years of re-use. Kudos to JWA's Henry Albin for his stalwart leadership on this exciting project.
